Snugpups offers a 30 day, no questions asked return policy. If you are unhappy with any product you purchased from us just let us know and you can return it for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you aren’t happy we aren’t happy! We want your dogs to wag on and walk warm! Please include your contact information. Once we receive the item, we will issue the return/exchange.
